Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

How to Request

Email hello@vastriva.com with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised or made-to-order pieces, and items marked final sale, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
